a comforting stay!

spacious room comfortable bed perfect temperature

i found the room spacious and the large bed offered unparalleled comfort. the bathroom was clean, with hot water readily available at all times. temperature control worked perfectly ensuring a restful environment for me, just what i needed.

The windows lacked scenic views. I looked out to an adjacent building.

The breakfast had a good selection of food. The location is great near Elizabeth Key and close to shopping (I found some great souvenirs!).

The noise from the street was slightly noticeable at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

convenient location nice pool comfortable room

i found the location very convenient. the pool area was quite nice, and i appreciated the gym access. the room was indeed comfortable. the toiletries provided were also a nice touch (the shampoo was great!).

the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, even on the coolest setting, a bit inconvenient.

the staff was attentive to requests. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection, even if it was not complimentary for me. check-in took longer than expected, but staff refunded me.

The staff facilitated a breakfast meeting. I found a good cafe onsite. The inviting pool area allowed for downtime. The Executive King Room included a table to work on.

The staff went the extra mile. They were helpful throughout the hotel and always attentive. Concierge services were readily available, offering assistance with directions and recommendations, and they were very responsive to guest requests. the service was efficient and personalized.
